The QL-BD60 Fulfillment automatic bagger is an elite eCommerce order fulfillment bagging system. This automatic bagger works with poly tubing as well as bags on a roll. The benefits of poly tubing include lower material costs as well as right-sizing the bag to the product by changing bag length on the fly, lowering shipping costs, and reducing material usage.The QL-BD60 Fulfillment bagger is equipped with a label printer applicator, to create a fully integrated batch-less order fulfillment bagging solution.
The QL-BD60 Fulfillment can either be equipped with a thermal transfer printer that prints directly on the bag using ribbon. Furthermore, the QL-BD60 is available in a base version that works with pre-made bags on a roll or fan-folded in a box.

Flexible Poly Bagging

The high-power sealing magnet creates hermetic seals in poly bags up to 4 mil. in thickness. The QL-BD60 automatic poly bagger features a user-friendly touchscreen interface with the capacity to store jobs. Job storage makes product set-up a breeze. Furthermore, the rolls of pre-opened bags are loaded from the front, so access to the back of the machine is not required during regular operation.
